Partnership Opportunities
Support local youth athletics through volunteering or a sponsorship.
Volunteer
Volunteers must complete a Volunteer Application and Background Check Waiver, HEADS UP Concussion Training, and a Mandated Reporter Acknowledgement Form.
NOTE: All volunteers must take this free training by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
Upon completion of the course and quiz, a certificate will be issued. Certificates should be printed and emailed to Dana Mitchell at dmitchell@wheatonparks.org.

In accordance with the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act [325 ILCS 5/4], volunteers are required to report or cause a report to be made to the Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline at 1-800-25-ABUSE (1-800-252-2873) whenever there is reasonable cause to believe that a child known to that volunteer in their professional or official capacity may be abused or neglected.
