  • To build mutual respect between players, coaches, and parents
  • To have fun in an atmosphere of learning
  • To play at the highest level of skill and competition
  • To provide the best possible professional training
  • To help our players mature as people and grow as leaders

Coaching Philosophy

Wheaton United is committed to developing players of skill and character. Success is attained through determination, discipline, and excellence. For Wheaton United to reach this goal, it is necessary to demand and expect the best from each individual. Player development is based upon the principles of technique, insight, tactics, personality, and speed. These foundations develop the aspects needed to succeed as a player.

In addition to developing quality soccer players, we are also committed to developing players of character. We believe character is a core value of being a young athlete. Wheaton United will strive to teach integrity, honesty, perseverance, discipline, and responsibility
