Rams Football

This instructional league focuses on fundamental cheerleading skills with an emphasis on teamwork, sportsmanship, and safety. Cheerleaders are expected to work as a team and attend one to two practices per week depending on age and ability level. You’ll cheer at home Rams football games on Saturdays and Sundays in September and October at Graf Park. Grades 2-8 will compete in IRCA competitions on weekends throughout the season.

Grades K-1: Cheerleaders receive poms, bow and cheer shirt for game days and performances. All events are limited to City of Wheaton limits, as cheerleaders will not attend outside competitions. Volunteer coaches are needed.

Grades 2-8: Registration includes competition fees, practice space fees, competition bow and shoes. Separate expenses include fundraising, individual squad fund fees and state registration payments.
